Our Team

Beau Glenn, Executive Director

Beau founded Father & Son Connection in 2006 following 12 years of service with Campus Crusade for Christ and the FamilyLife ministry in Little Rock, Arkansas. Beau is a native of Fort Worth and a 1980 graduate of Texas Tech University (BBA Finance). For many years Beau enjoyed his service in the commercial real estate industry as a senior executive with the Henry S. Miller Company and later as a partner with the Trammell Crow Company. He and Lori married in 1985 and have four children, all boys (except the first three). Lori is a native of Sonoma, California, and a resident graduate of the Gemological Institute of America. Beau and Lori enjoy hanging out together, with friends, and with their adult children, who make them laugh.

Cohlby Youtsey, Director of Events

Cohlby joined Father & Son Connection in June of 2015 after teaching 6th and 7th grade math in Fort Worth ISD for seven years. He grew up in Cypress, TX.  and is a 2008 graduate of TCU’s College of Education. While teaching at the Young Men’s Leadership Academy during its inaugural years, Cohlby realized his passion for working with and empowering all young men. After three years at YMLA he felt God’s call to take his passion for working with and teaching young men a step further. Cohlby’s desire is to cultivate young men into godly men, husbands, and fathers for the future. Cohlby and his wife, Christina, have been married since 2012, and have been blessed with two boys; Knox (4) and Alistair (2).

William Chilton

William, born and raised here in Fort Worth, joined Father & Son Connection in November of 2018. He graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2014 where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain and Logistics with a minor in Marketing. He moved back to Dallas for two years and was growing in his career when he made the hop over to Fort Worth to work in his most recent role of procurement at Jess Halls Serendipity. Shortly after this move, he met his soon-to-be wife Stephanie Culwell, who is a physician assistant in Trauma Surgery at John Peter Smith Hospital. William was given an opportunity to work at Father & Son Connection and felt a clear calling to pursue a position in ministry using his background in business logistics and marketing. William and Stephanie seek an active lifestyle through fun outdoor activities, quality time with the close people in their lives, and new experiences.

Shannon Yelderman, Executive Assistant

Shannon joined the team at Father & Son Connection in August of 2018. She is a Dallas native and TCU grad who has fallen in love with the city and people of Fort Worth. After earning her degree in Child Development, Shannon participated in the Post Graduate Residency Program at Christ Chapel Bible Church before joining the full-time staff as administrative assistant to the young adult ministry. These days her ideal work day includes Pure Adventure Ranch, team lunch, and hanging with the office pup, Chaco. She loves to travel and dreams of living in the mountains (sorry, Texas).

Audra Mills, Bookkeeper

audra-millsAudra has served as the bookkeeper for Father & Son Connection since 2007. She is also the HR director for a Little Rock business and formerly served for nine years in finance at Fellowship Bible Church Little Rock. She and her husband, Marty, have been married for 20 years and have four children and three grandchildren.

 Mary Lou Ryan, Prayer Coordinator

Mary Lou Ryan began serving as prayer coordinator in September 2018. She has always believed there are great returns when we spend time before the Lord on behalf of our loved ones, ministries in the Kingdom, and people the Lord has brought across our paths.  Mary Lou and her husband John have been married for 29 years and raised three sons together, learning from many mistakes, much love, and Christ’s grace, mercy and wonderful teachings. All 3 sons participated in Pure Adventure in high school and benefited greatly from the experience. Mary Lou believes miracles are occurring each Pure Adventure weekend, and she counts it a privilege and honor to pray for the ministry.
